On November 10, 2009 several members of Sigma Alpha Epsilon volunteered for the last segment of BU Hillel's Community Service Day by offering their cooking services. Luckily, the task only involved making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. An assembly line of bread, spread, and bagging made SAE the most efficient group of participants, and the sandwiches were later donated to the homeless throughout Boston. All great acts are founded on basic principles, and the members of SAE proved this by bringing joy to those less fortunate with simple, timeless, and delicious PB&J sandwiches.
